Yeah we know where this is going, let's get it over with.
Back in September I had met Nero face to face after a show in Lawrence. Really great guy, nice and friendly. We spoke for a while then I had to jet. December rolls around and he posted a couple blogs about how he was clsoe to being kicked out of his apartment, broke, and just all around struggling.
I'm a musician to, so I understand how that goes. He said he was selling some pants he got for some amount, I don't remember I think $100 or $200 from a while back, 250 maybe I don't feel like looking for the message. He said that he'd sell it for $100. I talked him down to about $70. So I after a lot of hassle with Western Union I finally get the money out to him. We spoke a couple times after that but never heard from him since.
I need money bad to so I'm a little peeved at this.
Now, personally, I don't really care to bring up a law suit or all that shit. It'd be more expensive to do this, even if it is making a point. All I want is to just talk to him about this. Ask him if I can get my money back and if not, if he could either A.) give me the item that was in question or B.) something worth that amount.
If he's willing to do that it's water under the bridge for me. I don't imagine him being a overtly horrible person. I respect him as a musician as well. I'm just a little pissed that this is happening.
